High intensity action and comedy revolving around teens with psychic abilities set in modern day Tokyo.

High school girl Rinka Urushiba wakes up to find out she has attained extra-sensory powers, and eventually comes to use them against other ESPers who have begun to wage havoc on Tokyo.

TOKYO ESP is a fast-paced sci-fi action series featuring well-drawn and choreographed action, mixed in with surreal comedy scenes. Featuring a youthful cast, the series is reminiscent of both X-Men and Fairy Tail (Marvel/Kodansha; both series also available from Turnaround).
